  You can use the computer list sent with your last prescription or write your own list.
  
  Prescriptions may be collected from reception or will be sent to you if you
  accompany your request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope, or
  forwarded to a number of local chemists.

Patients will not be able to request prescriptions or make appointments using Emis Access from Sunday the 5th December 2010. This is due to the surgery moving to a new Clinical System. As soon as the service is available again for use, the patients using the service at the moment will be contacted.  Prescription requests can still be sent via the Web Site using the Unsecured Repeat Prescriptions service.
